SIZES
Please use our by designer size guide below to determine the correct size to order. Keep in mind that the fit will depend on how big or small is your child for his or hers age group. If you are in doubt between two sizes, you may wish to order a bigger size, as children will always grow into it. Please let us know If you would like measurements of a specific item. Please be sure to include the brand, product name, and size of the garment you are interested in.
3 Pommes brand runs true to size. Please keep in mind that we refer to an average built of a child for certain age. If the child you are ordering for is bigger than average, you might want to order a size bigger than the child’s age.
IKKS, Moschino, Monnalisa, Kenzo, Microbe, & Planet Sea brands run small. If your child is an average size for his or her age group, you should consider buying a size bigger than his/her age. If the child you are ordering for is bigger than average, you might want to order two sizes bigger than the child’s age.

Canada, Mexico & Central America Standard Shipping: $15
Europe & South America Standard Shipping: $20
Australia, Asia-Pacific & Middle East Standard Shipping: $25
US Shipping: Most orders will take 3-7 business days to reach you from our warehouse in New York, NY. If you need a faster delivery (next or second business day), you can select "Express" as a shipment method during check-out. You will receive an email from us notifying you that your order is on the way. Shipments with a merchandise value above $300 will be sent with a signature required.
International Shipping: We offer Standard shipping services to most of the international destinations. If your country is not currently listed on the order form, please contact us and we will add it to the list. Orders shipping Standard are delivered USPS Priority Mail International, and are typically delivered within 5 to 11 business days.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours (except Sundays and on major US holidays).
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your shopping satisfaction is our goal and our pride. We will gladly make an exchange or give you a full refund (not including the cost of shipping) for any items that you are not completely satisfied with (except for sale items with discount of 50% or more) . The item MUST be returned to us within 14 days from the day of receipt, in unworn and perfect condition, and in the original packaging, with tags attached.
Sale items with discount of 50% or more are a final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
When merchandise needs to be returned or exchanged, please contact us as soon as possible to notify us and obtain a return authorization. We will provide you with the return shipping information promptly. When returning an item, please include a copy of your sales receipt. Items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense. When returning merchandise, we strongly recommend that you insure your package and use a traceable shipping method, as we can’t offer credit for items that we don’t receive.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders allow you to purchase the season's most exciting styles from the top kids’ fashion brands before they are available in the store. Pre-orders ensure that you will get your size in our high-fashion, limited inventory styles before they sell-out.
When you place your pre-order, you’ll be charged the full amount of your purchase. Because most of the designer clothing we offer is manufactured in Europe, it may take longer than expected for some merchandise to arrive to our warehouse. We are not responsible for pre-orders that arrive past the expected delivery day, but promise that they will be coming to you as soon as we have them in stock.
If you are not satisfied with the pre-order item you can exchange or return it within 14 days from the day of receipt (see Return & Exchange Policy).
SALES TAX
Peach and Plum is required to collect NY sales tax on all clothing items with the sale price of over $110.00 shipped to a New York State address.

Peach and Plum accepts American Express, Visa, and Master Card.
PERSONAL SHOPPING SERVICE
Perhaps you need help shopping for a gift or maybe you’re not sure what colors and styles will look best for a certain occasion. Our personal shopping service is available to assist you. Just contact us and we’ll be glad to help you at no cost. We take fashion very seriously at Peach and Plum and want every kid to look his or her best.
GIFT SERVICE
At the present time, Peach and Plum does not offer gift certificates. We are planning to introduce gift certificates later this year.
Gift-wrapping is available for all orders for an additional charge of $5.00. When we ship a gift on your behalf to someone, we will include a gift invoice with no value on it and a personal card message from you.
